Payment Terms
The project investment is structured across four milestone payments — 30% at deposit, 30% at construction start, 30% prior to SDS installation, and a final 10% upon project completion.
30% deposit due upon signing of the project agreement. This initiates procurement and contractor scheduling.
30% due prior to team mobilization. Confirms all materials are procured and contractors are scheduled.
30% due post SDS installation of simulator technology, turf, etc.
Final 10% due upon successful completion of the project and client walkthrough sign-off.
